Post a thorough cleaning, sorting, grading and blanching process, the peas are Individually Quick Frozen, through our state-of-the-art IQF Technology. With IQF technology each and every grain is frozen individually, thereby preserving the peas from any damage, ensuring their natural nutrition and flavour is maintained to perfection.

Stored in the required sub-freezing temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, we ensure each of our green pea grainsholds its original freshness and tasteintact right till the end.The cold chain is maintained from the point of sale to the end consumer.
